Application Review. Broker shall review diligently all Contract applications for accuracy and completeness and for compliance with the conditions herein, including the suitability and prospectus delivery requirements, and shall take all reasonable and appropriate measures to ensure that applications submitted to Principal Underwriter are accurate, complete, compliant with the conditions herein, and approved by a qualified registered principal.
