Application to Contingent Term and Limited Term Staff. 21.19.1 Academic staff holding Contingent Term and Limited Term appointments shall receive not less than four (4) months’ notice. 21.19.2 Terms and conditions of severance shall be determined between the Parties in consideration of the conditions set forth in the letter of appointment.
