Application to Continuing Academic Staff Contingent on External Funding. 21.20.1 Clause 21.20 of Article 21 applies only to staff holding Continuing appointments which have been made contingent on external funding, and shall apply only where such external funding is discontinued and there is no provision for termination pay to the member by the external funding organization, except as noted in Article 21, Clause 21.20.2.
