Application to Others. Operator shall require all contractors, subcontractors, agents, or workers performing work or services on its behalf in furtherance of this Agreement to obtain an insurance coverage meeting the requirements of this section as evidence on a certificate of insurance. Operator shall require that all such persons submit certificates of such insurance to the Partners prior to performing work or services.
