Application to Synthetic Participation Fees. The foregoing provisions of this Article IV (other than Section 4.6) shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to Synthetic Participation Fees as if Synthetic Participation Fees were interest on Loans and to Synthetic Deposits as if Synthetic Deposits were LIBO Rate Loans.
