Application Under Town’s Future Laws. Without waiving any rights granted by this AMDA, Master Developer may at any time, choose to submit (or may authorize an Applicant to submit) a Development Application for some or all of the Project under the Town’s Future Laws in effect at the time of the Development Application so long as Master Developer and Owners are not in Default under this AMDA. Any Development Application filed for consideration under the Town’s Future Laws shall be governed by all portions of the Town’s Future Laws related to the Development Application. The election by Master Developer at any time to submit a Development Application under the Town’s Future Laws shall not be construed to prevent Master Developer from making subsequent Development Applications under the Town’s Vested Laws. 7.
