APPOINTMENT AND DURATION. 2.1 The Company appoints the Executive and the Executive agrees to serve as the Company Secretary. The Executive accepts that the Company may reasonably require him to perform other duties or tasks not within the scope of his normal duties and the Executive agrees to perform those duties or undertake those tasks as if they were specifically required under this Agreement.
