Appointment and Removal of Directors. 11.2.1 Any person who is willing to act as a Director, and is permitted by law to do so, may be appointed to be a Director. 11.2.2 Directors shall be designated as "A" Directors, "B" Directors or "C" Directors in accordance with article 21.1 of the Articles.
