Appointment of Adjudicators. All appointments to the Tribunal by the Council of Ministers will be on the recommendation of the nominating committee. The nominees will be selected by the nominating committee pursuant to a merit-based search and evaluation process in accordance with the highest standards of corporate governance. The Tribunal will consist of full-time and part-time members who are independent.
