Appointment of Alliance Manager. (a) Subject to clause 6.2(b), the Alliance Manager will be the person nominated in the Agreement Particulars. If no person is nominated in the Agreement Particulars, the Alliance Manager will be appointed by the ALT as soon as practicable after the Commencement Date.

Appointment of Alliance Manager. Newsoara shall appoint an alliance manager at Newsoara’s costs to manage and oversee the governance and implementation of this Agreement (the “Alliance Manager”) within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date. The Alliance Manager will be jointly approved by AUM and Newsoara. If at any time a vacancy occurs for any reason, Newsoara shall as soon as reasonably practicable appoint a successor, with AXX’s approval. The Alliance Manager will be available during the existence of the JSC, to answer any reasonable questions.   • Appointment of Asset Manager; Acceptance of Appointment The Series hereby appoints the Asset Manager as asset manager to the Series for the purpose of managing the Series #TICKER Asset. The Asset Manager hereby accepts such appointment.

  • Appointment of Administrators (a) The Administrators shall be appointed by the Holder of the Common Securities and may be removed by the Holder of the Common Securities or may resign at any time.
