Common use of Appointment of Coordinators Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Coordinators. The parties shall each appoint an authorized coordinator of the Program ("Coordinators") between whom all communications required or desired to be given will be sent and between whom Detailing activities will be coordinated. Within thirty (30) days of signing this Agreement, each party will notify the other as to the name of its Coordinator. Each party may replace its Coordinator at any time, upon notice to the other party.
