Common use of Appointment of Financial Auditors Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Financial Auditors. The Recipient shall, not later than six months after the Effective Date, appoint the independent auditors referred to in Section 4.09 (b) of the General Conditions, in accordance with the provisions of Section III of this Schedule.
