Appointment of Single Arbitrator. Where the parties are agreed that a matter should be referred to a single arbitrator and: (a) they are able to agree upon the arbitrator, then such arbitrator shall be properly appointed; (b) they are unable to agree upon the arbitrator, then the Minister of Labour for Nova Scotia shall appoint.
