Common use of Appointment of Subprocessors Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Subprocessors. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxxxx may engage Subprocessors in connection with the provision of the Services. Xxxxxxx will enter into a written agreement with each Subprocessor containing data protection obligations that provide at least the same level of protection for Personal Data as those in this DPA, to the extent applicable to the nature of the Services provided by such Subprocessor.
