Common use of Appointment of the Operating Committee Clause in Contracts

Appointment of the Operating Committee. Not later than ten (10) months prior to the then-prevailing Scheduled Commercial Operations Date, the Parties shall establish the Operating Committee to perform the functions set out in Section 5.10. (a) Members of the Operating Committee shall have reasonable experience working on projects of a similar nature to undertake scope of work of the Operating Committee.
