Common use of Appointment of the Security Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of the Security Agent. 25.1.1 Each of the Secured Parties party to this Agreement appoints the Security Agent to act as its agent under and in connection with the Finance Documents. 25.1.2 Each of the Secured Parties party to this Agreement authorises the Security Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to the Security Agent under or in connection with the Finance Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.

Appointment of the Security Agent. 25.1.1 (a) Each of the other Secured Parties party to this Agreement Party appoints the Security Agent to act as its security agent under and in connection with the Finance Documents, the Transaction Security and this Agreement in relation to any Security. 25.1.2 (b) Each of the other Secured Parties party to this Agreement Party authorises the Security Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to the Security Agent it under or in connection with the Finance Documents Documents, the Transaction Security and this Agreement together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.

Appointment of the Security Agent. 25.1.1 (a) Each of Finance Party (other than the Secured Parties party to this Agreement Security Agent) appoints the Security Agent to act as its security agent and trustee under and in connection with the Finance Documents. 25.1.2 (b) The Security Agent declares that it shall hold the Transaction Security on trust for the Finance Parties on the terms contained in this Agreement. (c) Each of Finance Party (other than the Secured Parties party to this Agreement Security Agent) authorises the Security Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to the Security Agent under or in connection with the Finance Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.

(c) Each of the Secured other Finance Parties party to this Agreement authorises the Security Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to the Security Agent under or in connection with the Finance Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.
