Notices through the Agent. Every notice under this Agreement or (unless otherwise provided therein) any other Security Document to be given by the Borrowers to any other party, shall be given to the Agent for onward transmission as appropriate and every notice under this Agreement to be given to the Borrowers shall (except as otherwise provided in the Security Documents) be given to the Borrowers by the Agent.

  • Notices to the Lenders The Borrower shall notify the Agent and the Lenders in writing of the following matters at the following times:
