Common use of Appointment of Transfer Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Transfer Agent. The Company hereby appoints Firstar as Transfer Agent of the Company on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and Firstar hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the services and duties set forth in this Agreement in consideration of the compensation provided for herein.
