Common use of Appointment to another Organization Clause in Contracts

Appointment to another Organization. ‌ An employee who resigns to accept an appointment with an organization listed in Schedule V of the Financial Administration Act shall be paid all severance payments resulting from the application of 30.01 (b) prior to December 31, 2013 or 30.05 to 30.08 commencing on January 1st, 2014.
