APPOINTMENT TO THE REGULAR SERVICE. 31A.13.1 Where an employee is appointed to the Regular Service and has worked more than twenty-four (24) hours per week on a continuous basis immediately prior to appointment to the Regular Service, the time he or she actually worked within the previous year may be considered to be part of his or her probationary period to a maximum of six (6) months.
