– APPOINTMENTS, TRANSFERS AND DEMOTIONS. 8.01 (a) Notice of vacancies or new positions shall be posted in a prominent place for a period of five (5) days not including Saturday, Sunday, and Statutory Holidays in order that all full-time and part-time Nurses within the bargaining unit can apply; a copy of all notice of vacancies or new positions shall be forwarded to the Union Executive.
