Common use of Apportionment and Levy of Assessments Clause in Contracts

Apportionment and Levy of Assessments. (a) The City intends to levy Assessments on the Property in accordance herewith and with the Service and Assessment Plan (as such plan is amended, supplemented or updated from time to time) and the Assessment Ordinance on or before such time as PID Bonds are issued. The City’s apportionment and levy of Assessments shall be made in accordance with the PID Act.
