Apprentice Wage Rates. The parties signatory hereto agree to establish an indentured training program. This would be accomplished by enlarging the existing training program into a full indentured training program. The rates of pay shall have increments as a percentage rate of journeyman scale, as listed below. Apprentice fringe benefits are one hundred percent (100%) of the applicable job rate.

Apprentice Wage Rates. In each instance, except as provided in Subsection (b), when an employee is appointed to fill a vacancy in an apprentice classification for the first time, such employee shall be placed at the beginning rate in such apprentice classification.
Apprentice Wage Rates. The straight-time hourly rate of Operating Engineers Registered Apprentices in the Operating Engineers Apprenticeship Program shall receive the following percentage of the Group 4 rate set forth in Section 01.03.00:
Apprentice Wage Rates. In subsequent years of this contract, Apprentices will be given the appropriate percentage of the Journeypersons total increase based on the current term of the Apprentice. Distribution of the increase is determined by the Union. Term 2 = 60% Term 3 = 70% Term 4 = 85% Xxxxxxx Apprentices shall advance to each next term on the anniversary of their start date so long as the requirements stated in the FTI Standards have been met.
Apprentice Wage Rates a) Wage rates for Apprentices who are employed by the Employer shall be determined as a percentage of the hourly wage rate for the class of Tradesman 2 as contained in Schedule "B" which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement; PROVIDED HOWEVER that the wage rate for the class of Laborer 1 as contained in Schedule "B" attached hereto shall constitute the minimum wage rate payable to any Apprentice.
b) The percentage figures referred to in Article 6.3(a) are contained in Schedule "B" which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
