Common use of Apprentice Wage Rates Clause in Contracts

Apprentice Wage Rates. a) Wage rates for Apprentices who are employed by the Employer shall be determined as a percentage of the hourly wage rate for the class of Tradesman 2 as contained in Schedule "B" which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement; PROVIDED HOWEVER that the wage rate for the class of Laborer 1 as contained in Schedule "B" attached hereto shall constitute the minimum wage rate payable to any Apprentice. b) The percentage figures referred to in Article 6.3(a) are contained in Schedule "B" which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
