Apprenticeship Oversite. Participation and oversite in craft apprenticeship programs will be provided and supported by the craft support department. The Utilities Department will control and provide oversite over the utilities apprenticeship programs. Additional support and oversite will be provided for the total administration of the apprenticeship program, including placement of apprentices.
