Appropriate Use of DCH Property. Employees should only use DCH property and facilities for DCH business and not for any type of personal gain. The use of DCH property and facilities, other than that prescribed by departmental policy, is not allowed. Furthermore, the use of DCH property and facilities for any purpose which is unlawful under the laws of the United States, or any state thereof, is strictly prohibited. Employees who divert state property or resources for personal gain will be required to reimburse the Department and will be subject to the appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including, termination.
