Validation of CMO Encounter. Data In accordance with Section 4.B.xxiv of this Contract, the Contractor shall conduct an annual review and Validation of each Georgia Families and Georgia Families 360o CMO’s Encounter Data submitted during the preceding twelve (12) months as set forth in 42 CFR § 438.358. Contractor must utilize the standards and definitions established by DCH as the standards and definitions for the review and Validation. Contractor must generate a final Encounter Data Validation Report for each Georgia Families and Georgia Families 360o CMO no later than the agreed upon time as identified in the DCH-approved Work Plan for the applicable SFY. The Contractor shall pay the Department $5000.00 per review that fails to meet any part of this Performance Measurement or Standard for each Georgia Families or Georgia Families 360o CMO within the agreed upon timeframe.

  • Validation To validate the notice requirements outlined in Section 5.3, the Assuming Institution shall provide the Receiver (i) an Affidavit of Publication to meet the publication requirements outlined in Section 5.3(a) and (ii) the Assuming Institution will prepare an Affidavit of Mailing in a form substantially similar to Exhibit 2.3B after mailing the seven (7) day Notice to Depositors as required under Section 5.3(b).

  • MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS The Employer agrees, subject to the following provisions, that all conditions of employment in his/her individual operation relating to wages, hours of work, overtime differentials and general working conditions shall be maintained at not less than the highest standards in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement, and the conditions of employment shall be improved whenever specific provisions for improvement are made elsewhere in this Agreement.

  • Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall test the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades and Developer shall test the Large Generating Facility and the Developer Attachment Facilities to ensure their safe and reliable operation. Similar testing may be required after initial operation. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each make any modifications to its facilities that are found to be necessary as a result of such testing. Developer shall bear the cost of all such testing and modifications. Developer shall generate test energy at the Large Generating Facility only if it has arranged for the injection of such test energy in accordance with NYISO procedures.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.
