Approval at Second Vote. If a further vote is held, as contemplated in subsection 10.2.18, this Agreement will be approved by Fox Lake if a majority of the Adult Fox Lake Citizens voting in such further vote, vote "YES" to the ballot question.

Approval/Non-Approval We will notify you whether your Application has been approved or denied within 14 days after the date we receive a completed Application. Notification may be in person or by mail or telephone unless you have requested that notification be by mail. You must not assume approval until you receive actual notice of approval. The 14-day time period may be changed only by separate written agreement.
FAA APPROVAL This Agreement may be subject to approval of the FAA. If the FAA disapproves this Agreement, it will become null and void, and both Parties will bear their own expenses relative to this Agreement, up to the date of disapproval.
