FERC Approval definition

FERC Approval means an order issued by FERC approving the transactions contemplated hereby under section 203 of the Federal Power Act and the FERC’s regulations thereunder.
FERC Approval has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(b).
FERC Approval means the approval of FERC pursuant to Section 203 of the Federal Power Act of 1935, as amended by the Energy Policy Act of 2005.

FERC Approval means FERC authorization of the Merger pursuant to Section 203 of the Federal Power Act of 1935, as amended.

FERC Approval means the approval to be issued by FERC under section 203 of the United States Federal Power Act with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement;
