Final Approval definition

Final Approval means the Court’s order granting final approval of the Settlement.

Final Approval means the date that the Court enters the Final Approval Order.

Final Approval in this sense shall mean formal recognition that the Engineering Services have been fully carried out.

• However, any work required or occasioned for the convenience of County after Final Approval shall be paid for as Additional Engineering Services.

• After Acceptance, Engineer shall perform any required modifications, changes, alterations, corrections, redesigns, and additional work necessary to receive Final Approval by the County.
