Approval by District’s Board of Trustees. Pursuant to Education Code Section 81655, this Agreement is not valid and does not constitute an enforceable obligation against District unless and until District’s Board of Trustees has approved or ratified this Agreement as evidenced by a motion duly passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees.
