Approval of Bank's Counsel. All of the documentation specified in -------------------------- Sections 4.1 and 4.2 shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank and their counsel and all legal matters incident to the Loans hereunder shall be satisfactory to counsel to the Bank.
Approval of Bank's Counsel. All legal matters incidental to the extension of credit hereunder shall be reasonably satisfactory to counsel for Bank.
Approval of Bank's Counsel. All legal matters incident to such Loan shall be satisfactory to counsel to the Bank.

Approval of Bank's Counsel. All legal matters incident to the Revolving Credit Facility, including without limitation all documents and opinions, shall be satisfactory to counsel for the Bank.
