Common use of Approval of Buyer's Board of Directors Clause in Contracts

Approval of Buyer's Board of Directors. The board of directors of Buyer shall have duly approved this Agreement and all of the ancillary documents and transactions provided for in this Agreement and shall have authorized Buyer to proceed with the Closing of the transactions contemplated hereby.
