Approval of Compliance Plan. a. Upon receipt of a proposed compliance plan, BDDD shall review and either approve or initially reject, with comments, the proposed plan. In the event of a rejection of the proposed plan, the BDDD shall set a date for submission and if warranted, schedule a meeting to discuss any deficiencies that must be addressed in the re-submittal.
