APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. (a) The BUILDER shall submit to the BUYER three (3) copies of each of the plans and drawings to be submitted to the Buyer for its approval at its address as set forth in Article XX hereof. The BUYER shall, within twenty two (22) days including mailing time after receipt thereof, return to the BUILDER one (1) copy of such plans and drawings with the approval or comments, if any, of the BUYER. A list of the plans and drawings to be so submitted to the BUYER and the schedule of the drawings and plans submission by the BUILDER to the BUYER shall be mutually agreed upon between the parties hereto.
