Approval of Proposal Design. Upon completion of the Final Design(s) the Design Consultant shall submit them to the Project Team and APP program for review. The APP Board will then make a recommendation to accept or reject the proposed artwork. If the project is over $30,000, the selected Final Design for the artwork will then be subject to approval by the Fort Xxxxxxx City Council.
