Common use of Approval of Proposed Charter Revision Clause in Contracts

Approval of Proposed Charter Revision. If the Authorized Chartering Entity approves the proposed charter revision, a copy of such revision shall be executed by each of the parties to the charter contract and shall be treated as either a supplement to, or amendment of, the final approved petition, as the case may be. The Board shall be responsible for sending a copy of the charter revision to the State Board of Education, as required by Idaho law (see IDAPA 08.02.04.100.02).
