Approval of the Budget Documents. The Management Committee shall use diligent efforts to approve an Annual Budget and Annual Operating Plan no later than 30 days prior to the start of each Fiscal Year. Upon approval by the Management Committee of the proposed Annual Budget and Annual Operating Plan, the President and other authorized officers of the Company are authorized to make expenditures and commitments in accordance with Disbursement and Commitment Schedules approved by the Management Committee on the activities described therein.

Any changes to the TI Construction Drawings following Landlord’s and Tenant’s approval of same requested by Tenant shall be processed as provided in Section 4 hereof.
