Common use of Approval or Consent Clause in Contracts

Approval or Consent. Unless this agreement expressly states otherwise, the Company may, in its absolute discretion, give or withhold any approval or consent that it may be requested to give under this agreement in any way it considers appropriate, including by imposing conditions.
