Approval Required for Member Jurisdiction Contributions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Member Jurisdiction shall be required to expend any of its general fund monies to support the operations of NCTPA in any fiscal year unless such expenditure has been first approved by the legislative body of the Member Jurisdiction.
