Common use of Approvals by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Approvals by Landlord. Any approval by Landlord of or consent by Landlord to any plans, specifications or other items to be submitted to and/or reviewed by Landlord for the Tenant Improvements pursuant to this Lease shall be deemed to be strictly limited to an acknowledgment of approval or consent by Landlord thereto and such approval or consent shall not constitute the assumption by Landlord of any responsibility for the accuracy, sufficiency or feasibility of any plans, specifications or other such items and shall not imply acknowledgment, representation or warranty by Landlord that the design is safe, feasible, structurally sound or will comply with any legal or any governmental requirements.

Approvals by Landlord. Any approval by Landlord of or consent by Landlord --------------------- to any of Tenant's plans, specifications or other items to be submitted by Tenant to and/or reviewed by Landlord for the Tenant Improvements pursuant to this Lease shall be deemed to be strictly limited to an acknowledgment of approval or consent by Landlord thereto and and, whether or not the work is performed by Landlord or by Tenant's contractor, such approval or consent shall not constitute the assumption by Landlord of any responsibility for the accuracy, sufficiency or feasibility of any plans, specifications or other such items and shall not imply any acknowledgment, representation or warranty by Landlord that the design is safe, feasible, structurally sound or will comply with any legal or any governmental requirements, and Tenant shall be responsible for all of the same.
