Approvals, Further Documents, and Actions. 15.1.1. Any acceptance, approval, consent, permission, satisfaction, agreement, authorization or any other like action (collectively, "Approval") required or permitted to, be given by any Party hereto pursuant to this Agreement or any Work Order: (a) must be in writing to be effective (except as otherwise specifically allowed by this Agreement); and (b) shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed; and if Approval is withheld, such withholding shall be in writing and shall state with specificity the reasons for withholding such Approval, and every effort shall be made to identify with as much detail as possible what changes are required for Approval.
