Approved Laboratories. Add the following to this clause: “Acceptance testing shall be done by a laboratory selected by the Employer’s Agent. The Employer’s Agent requires twenty-four hours’ notice from the Contractor in order to perform the relevant acceptance test. All acceptance testing by the Employer’s Agent shall be paid for by the Contractor. The costs of such tests which meet the specification requirements will be reimbursed to the Contractor in the monthly payment certificate. This payment shall consist of a billed amount plus the tendered mark-up. A Provisional Sum has been provided in the Schedule of Quantities to allow for the cost of such testing. Approved Laboratories. Any and all drug or alcohol assessments conducted pursuant to this Agreement shall be conducted by a laboratory certified by the National Institute on Drug Abuse and approved in advance by CHCCS, and the results shall be transmitted directly from the laboratory to the designated representative of CHCCS.

  • Substance Abuse Program The SFMTA General Manager or designee will manage all aspects of the FTA-mandated Substance Abuse Program. He/she shall have appointing and removal authority over all personnel working for the Substance Abuse Program personnel, and shall be responsible for the supervision of the SAP.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • Quality Assurance Plan The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.

  • Prescription Drugs The agreement may impose a variety of limits affecting the scope or duration of benefits that are not expressed numerically. An example of these types of treatments limit is preauthorization. Preauthorization is applied to behavioral health services in the same way as medical benefits.
