Common use of APSASHC Grandfather Clause Clause in Contracts

APSASHC Grandfather Clause. Employees hired before June 30, 2007 who receive the benefits established in the 2005-2009 negotiated agreement between the Board and the Association of Public School Administrators and Supervisors of Harford County will continue to receive such benefits until the employee vacates his/her position. The Board will provide the Association a written list of unit personnel who are entitled to receive grandfathered benefits. The written list will include the specific benefits each grandfathered unit employee is entitled to receive. In addition, each grandfathered unit employee will receive a written communication that details specific grandfathered benefits that they are entitled to receive.
