Common use of Arbitration Expense Clause in Contracts

Arbitration Expense. The fees and expenses of the arbitrator and the cost of a court reporter, if any, shall be divided equally between the City and the Association; provided, that each party shall be responsible for the cost of their own requested transcript and the compensation of its own representatives and witnesses.
