Arbitrator Confidentiality Obligation. The Parties shall ensure that any arbitrator appointed to act under this Article 28 will agree to be bound to comply with the provisions of Article 25 with respect to the terms of this Agreement and any information obtained during the course of the arbitration proceedings.
