Arbitrator - Waiver of. The arbitrator shall have no power to amend, modify, nullify, ignore, add to, or subtract from the provisions of the Agreement. The arbitrator shall consider and decide only the specific issues submitted in writing and the arbitrator’s decision shall be based solely upon the arbitrator’s interpretation of the meaning or application of the specific terms of this Agreement to the facts of the grievance presented.
