Common use of Archeological Artifacts Clause in Contracts

Archeological Artifacts. In the event that archeological artifacts or historical resources are unearthed during construction excavation, the Governmental Agency shall stop or cause to be stopped, construction activities and will notify the State Historic Preservation Office and the Authority of such unearthing.
