Common use of Architect/Engineer Clause in Contracts

Architect/Engineer. at the Architect/Engineer’s expense, at each stage of review described in Paragraph 15.7, shall furnish and deliver to the Owner the number of complete printed copies of all Drawings, Specifications and basis of design as enumerated in paragraph 15.7, which copies shall become the property of the Owner. The Architect/Engineer shall pay for the reproduction of all Plans, Specifications and other documents for use by the Architect/Engineer and its consultants.
