Archival and Final Disposition Sample Clauses

Archival and Final Disposition. All samples will be maintained in storage at the Xxxx SPF or analytical laboratory unless otherwise directed by the EPA. When authorized by the EPA, the laboratory will be responsible for proper disposal of any remaining samples, sample containers, shipping containers, and packing materials in accordance with sound environmental practice, based on the sample analytical results. The laboratory will maintain proper records of waste disposal methods, and will have disposal company contracts on file for inspection.
